This program is designed to help you lose fat, gaining muscle and build strength and confidence.
This 8 week home based program has a focus on progressive overload meaning it will get more challenging as the weeks go by to maximise results.
This program has a 4 day workout split:
- 2 lower body days
- 1 upper body day
- 1 full body day
Every workout includes a warm up and a cool down.
Workouts range from 25-35min, all you need to do is follow along.

Intermediate:
- Use a 7 or 8kg DB (heavier set)
- Use 3-5Kg DB (lighter set)
- Use a medium resistance booty band
Advanced:
- 10kg DB (heavier set)
- 5-7Kg DB (lighter set)
- Use a medium or heavy resistance booty band
